Panda Interactive， part of SportsCastr， has filed two separate complaints at the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas against Genius Sports and Sportradar for copyright infringement.

The technology company， which develops proprietary cloud-based software that enables media， leagues and sportsbooks to offer interactive viewing experiences， is being represented by King & Spalding LLP in the case.

Donald Schupak， Panda Interactive Chairman， said: “We have made substantial investments in the development of our technology and cannot tolerate having our patented technology used unfairly by others and against us.

“No one wants to see their own arsenal used against them in battle.”

The flagship product from SportsCastr， Panda Studio，Play Casino Online is a turnkey ‘Watch&Bet’ platform that allows viewers to interact with live events with in-stream betting.
